About Us
Allergy Serv founder Kyle Fouch came to understand allergies and gluten free living through the real world experience of having a wife and child with allergies. Being a chef instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, serving students as a Catering Sous Chef at Valparaiso University, becoming the Allergen Awareness Facilitator and understanding the needs to comply with the ADA to accommodate those experiencing allergies in their lives, Allergy Serv was born. Those who experience allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances while consuming food, are taking a chance when dining out. This makes dining out a dangerous endeavour. Providing happiness to others through food has been a passion of Kyle's and through his training and expertise with handling allergens and preventing cross contact in food service establishments, he hopes to provide peace of mind to customers and food service operators to safely serve those with allergies.
